Eurosiberian alderwood
On the wet parts of woods was covered by grey alder (Alnus glutinosa) forests. Ditching has significantly reduced wetlands everywhere. Man made structures have shorter lifespan than trees. By this in some parts wetlands could slowly come back by lacking of drainage system maintenance.
